Shipping Lead Times
Our products are handcrafted and made-to-order. Production times vary and can take up to 3-7 days from start to finish based on the overall size of the order placed. We will update you via email when your order has been prepared and is ready to be shipped (when our summer shipping policy/procedure is not in effect). Once shipped, items will typically take 3-5 business days to reach their destination depending on your proximity to our studio located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The above information is an approximate estimate of the production and shipping timelines. We do our best to fulfill your order as quick as possible. Our goal is always to maintain quality customer service, the highest product integrity and transparent business standards.
Summer Shipping Procedure/Policy
From May 1st through September 30th, we only ship orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday during the week. This limits the time for certain products to be stored during weekend in non-air conditioned facilities. If you place your order Wednesday morning, it may not leave our studio until the following Monday depending on our order volume. This is a necessary step to maintain the quality and integrity of your order.
Damaged Package
If your product was damaged in transit, our policy states it must be reported within 3 business days of receipt.
If you received a damaged parcel, please inspect the contents immediately. This allows us to work with the carrier as quickly as possible to troubleshoot the issue/cause of damage(s) that occurred in transit. Take and send us picture(s) of the interior and exterior of the box, including the contents. Place your order number in the subject line of your email and contact us at hello@lovageroot.com.
