Wholesale Pricing
- Standard wholesale discount: 50% off retail
- In select cases, wholesale pricing may be set at 45% off retail depending on product category and margin structure
- Retailers are required to honor suggested retail pricing to maintain brand integrity across all stockists.
Payment Terms
New Wholesale Accounts: Payment due in full at time of order placement
Established Accounts (after two completed orders): Net 15 or Net 30 terms may be extended upon approval

Shipping and Lead Times
- Orders are handcrafted in small batches
- Standard production time: 7–14 business days depending on order size
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately

Lovage Root products should be displayed and stored in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight or excessive heat to preserve quality and fragrance integrity.
