Damages, Product Quality and/or Missing/Incorrect Product(s)
We offer a 3-day window policy, meaning you have 3 days after receiving your item(s) to notify us of any concerns or issues with your order.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have a product quality issue, please take pictures of the product(s), email the pictures to us at hello@lovageroot.com. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email. We will review the information and determine how to best remedy the issue. All other product issues reported after the 3 day window will not be covered under our policy.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Reasons
All of our products are meticulously handcrafted by a master artisan. Due to our processes, there will be variations, natural blemishes and slight imperfections. Such variations are inherent in curating handmade goods-this is what makes each piece unique, captivating and truly one of a kind. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. For concerns regarding product quality, styles, colors, etc., we highly recommend ordering one product as a sample.
Order Cancellation
